Police in the city of South Fulton said they are working on a hostage situation involving a small child at a home in the 5500 block of Twin Lakes Drive. According to Lt. Derrick Rogers with the City of South Fulton Police Department, a SWAT team is on the scene and attempting to negotiate the situation.
